I am a Lean, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a professional Personal and Corporate Coach with a permanent role background as an Operations Director for large Blue-Chip Companies, such as BAESYSTEMS, Siemens and Raytheon.

This has been followed by 8 years, as an Interim Manager for 7 companies on 17 contracts, including roles such as the VP of Operations for e2v; reducing working capital and inventory for Smiths Detection; a manufacturing consultant / coach for Curtis Wright, SAP Implementation Programme Manager and Programme Manager.
